Shipping in Italy
Delivery times are 24 hours throughout the country. To Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria, smaller islands and uncomfortable place delivery times vary from 48 to 72 hours. The timing above are intended from the date of departure and they are expressed in business days (Saturday and Sunday are not working days) .Kawin is not responsible for delays due to bad weather, strikes, Christmas or any other unforeseeable event that can lead to a delay justified, nor for any delays caused by courier that are in no way dependent on our will.
The client has the duty to make sure he can receive the goods (making sure that there is someone for the withdrawal of the parcel). In the absence of the customer the courier leaves a notice of passage (slip inside the mailbox or sticker on the bell) and retries the delivery the next business day.
If this attempt delivery were to fail, the customer will be contacted by our staff to define further delivery. If the third attempt would have failed, the product comes back in our stores resulting in cancelled and subsequent refund (net of costs).
Foreign shipments are handled by DHL.
Depending on customer’s choice are used three different type of services:
DHL Express: eta 1-4 days by air
TRUCK DHL: delivery in 2-5 days in Europe by land.
DHL GLOBAL MAIL: postal service that takes up to 20 working days for delivery.
Shipping costs can be identified in the basket of the site.
The delivery times vary from 2 to 10 working days depending on the selected shipping method.
It is possible that some countries apply duties and/or customs charges that do not depend on us and that we are not aware of. We advise you to contact the customs office in your country for more information.
Tampering or breakage visible
In case of tampering and/or breaks, at the time of delivery is required to sign the package with "subject to control" on the delivery courier and immediately contact us to resolve any problem.
